Terms of Service

SourceBridge provides private label sourcing, factory matching, quality control coordination, and Amazon growth services (PPC management, listing optimization, listing images). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

SourceBridge acts as a sourcing intermediary. We connect clients with vetted manufacturers in our network. We do not manufacture products ourselves. Final production agreements are between the client and the manufacturer. Quotes provided through our AI chat or team are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in writing by our sourcing team after factory consultation.

Payment terms are agreed upon in writing prior to production commencement. Standard terms require a deposit before production begins and balance payment prior to shipment. SourceBridge service fees are separate from factory production costs and are specified in your service agreement.

SourceBridge performs pre-shipment quality inspections comparing finished goods against approved samples. While we take quality seriously, we cannot guarantee defect-free production. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

All client product designs, formulations, specifications, and supplier relationships shared with SourceBridge are treated as confidential. We sign NDAs with all enterprise clients upon request. We will not share your product concepts, designs, or business information with third parties outside of our fulfillment process.

Amazon PPC management, listing SEO, and image services are subject to separate service agreements. Results are not guaranteed as Amazon's algorithm and marketplace conditions vary. We report performance transparently and adjust strategy accordingly.

SourceBridge's liability in any dispute shall not exceed the service fees paid by the client in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for factory delays, shipping disruptions, customs holds, market conditions, or any indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California, or through binding arbitration as agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
